that we have added Althin to the Exchange Program. This includes
items like the 386 & 486 Motherboards and the Blood Pressure Modules.

Cobe CS3 Exchange
-
Once you verify the CCA (circuit card
assembly) you need, obtain a purchase order and simply call H&S at
1-800-923-2486.
-
H&S will FedEx the CCA to your clinic
OVERNIGHT. You will receive the CCA , a return authorization form,
along with a PRE-PAID shipping label.

When you receive your order, please verify
the CCA is what you wanted.
Note: Some
CCA’s require you to transfer the firmware or digit displays prior to
returning the old CCA.

Place the defective CCA in the shipping
container along with the completed RA form, attach the shipping label
and call FedEx for your pick up.
